Our programs are grounded in current research, and our educators engage in ongoing training in evidence-based practices. We work closely with local universities and participate in annual research projects, keeping our practice fresh and relevant for the benefit of children, families, and our team.
At Macquarie Park, our curriculum moves Beyond the Classroom. With a dedicated Outdoor Learning Coordinator and access to a minibus, children of all age groups take part in regular excursions. These experiences help children explore their place in the wider community and build relationships with local initiatives and services. Signature programs include Bush School and Swim School.

The service has maintained the highest possible accreditation rating ‘Exceeding National Quality Standards’ as awarded by the NSW Department of Education, over 15 years. Among the many factors that make 360 Early Education a leading preschool in Macquarie Park, we're proud of exceeding national quality standards.
The reason we have been able to sustain the highest level of accreditation for the past 15 years is that we a family-owned and operated, with a consistent management team that has been in place for over a decade.
Children of all ages embark on excursions to explore our broader community, helping us connect with local initiatives and services. We utilise a minibus and a dedicated Outdoor Learning Coordinator, to allow the children to learn beyond the walls of the classroom. Notable programs at our Macquarie Park daycare and preschool include Bush School and Swim School.
Throughout the year, university-led studies are conducted in each of our teaching rooms. This helps us to keep abreast of industry best practice allowing us to improve our pedagogy and service quality. We have participated in studies such as the Social-emotional competence of Mandarin Speaking Immigrant Children in Australian Childcare, Working Parents and Quality of Life, Children’s Language Acquisition and Understanding of Plurals.
This well-known charity partnered with us to launch the ‘Rough & Tumble Play’ workshop which continues to run in our services today. These sessions are aimed at encouraging fathers and significant male family members to participate in physical play with their children and to understand the neurological benefits that come from it.
The Imagination Library is a global initiative aimed at improving literacy in disadvantaged communities by supplying free books to children from birth to age five. We actively fundraise for the Imagination Library throughout the year, with the help of our wonderful Parent Advisory group. As part of our literacy program, this foundation also provides each of our teaching rooms with books each month. The children look forward to developing their literacy and exploring the themes of each new book.

In our Nursery room, our top priority is to ensure consistency between the family home and the baby’s time at the centre. We implement a Primary Carer Model, where strong attachments are built between educators and children. When children transition between rooms from the nursery to 3 years of age, we strive to keep them with the same group of educators. Each child is assigned a primary carer to support them more closely throughout their day. By prioritizing consistency, we recognize that strong attachments are crucial for healthy brain development. These connections foster a solid sense of identity and security, encouraging children to explore and learn with greater confidence.

Our Macquarie Park Child Care centre consists of two outdoor spaces: a nursery playground (for 0-2 years) and a preschool playground (for 2-5 years). Children appreciate the natural play structures including mud kitchens, sandpits, tree stumps, rock pits, mini campfire and of course our much-loved Jenny’s Garden.
For babies, we have designed play areas with safety in mind. Our youngest children develop their gross-motor skills with considered obstacles and engage their senses in a variety of natural elements.
For our toddlers and preschoolers, we promote physical movement and risky play. Children enjoy testing their bodies and building their strength by taking considered risks and navigating through physical hurdles and challenges.
Gardening is an important part of our Macquarie Park day care and preschool. Jenny’s Garden is filled with flourishing herbs and vegetables where we grow seasonal produce. Our preschoolers often visit local garden centres on our minibus to top up our plant life. The children also love watching our succulents grow and using a worm farm to learn about sustainable practices. They are great at helping our educator’s water the plants, trim the hedges and collect dry leaves. They are also mindful of our local animals; the children build bird feeders use leftover food scraps to sustain our worm farm.
My name is Anna and I have worked as an Early Childhood Educator for 15 years, and committed to teaching the early years by obtaining my Masters of Teaching in 2013. I also hold a Bachelors in Science (Psychology and Education). I have been with the centre since 2015 and have sent my three children here, the eldest of which has just graduated. I have spent my time largely in the preschool rooms working as a Room Leader. I remain committed to teaching children in their first 5 years of life as it is such an important time of their development and believe it is a real privilege to be able to have a positive impact on these formative years.
My name is Rochelle, and I am an Early Childhood Teacher that has been working in the sector since 2004. In the last 20+ years, I have worked as a Room Leader, a Nominated Supervisor and an Educational Leader, allowing me to develop different ways to support the children, families and educators within the service. I love working on the floor with the children and the educators because I still have the same passion for the importance of the industry that I had the day I started teaching- the work that we do is so important, often challenging, but infinitely rewarding.

Our Macquarie Park childcare centre has four teaching rooms:
The composition of classrooms may vary each year to accommodate the needs of our existing families and waitlisted families. We also take into consideration children’s age, developmental needs and attachments to educators.
Our early childhood service recognises the benefits of small group learning. Children are often divided and rotate between our outdoor and indoor areas.
In our under 3 rooms, we adopt a primary carer model for healthy brain development. Children are assigned a primary and secondary educator that more closely follows them throughout their day.
In addition to the Government’s Child Care Subsidy, families with children aged 3 to 5 years may access fee relief for preschool.
