With over 16 years of experience and deep roots in the community, we’ve designed this new space to reflect everything we’ve learned along the way. Inside, you’ll find beautifully crafted learning environments filled with natural light—spaces that inspire curiosity, nurture development, and make children feel safe, welcome, and confident to explore.
Outdoors, children can enjoy a dynamic playground with dedicated areas for each age group, including spaces that support adventurous, age-appropriate play to help build resilience, confidence, and independence.

We operate for 50 weeks of the year and close down for two weeks over the Christmas period and on Public Holidays.

The reason we have been able to sustain the highest level of accreditation for the past 15 years is that we a family-owned and operated, with a consistent management team that has been in place for over a decade.
Children of all ages embark on excursions to explore our broader community, helping us connect with local initiatives and services. We utilise a minibus and a dedicated Outdoor Learning Coordinator, to allow the children to learn beyond the walls of the classroom. Notable programs at our Macquarie Park daycare and preschool include Bush School and Swim School.
Throughout the year, university-led studies are conducted in each of our teaching rooms. This helps us to keep abreast of industry best practice allowing us to improve our pedagogy and service quality. We have participated in studies such as the Social-emotional competence of Mandarin Speaking Immigrant Children in Australian Childcare, Working Parents and Quality of Life, Children’s Language Acquisition and Understanding of Plurals.
This well-known charity partnered with us to launch the ‘Rough & Tumble Play’ workshop which continues to run in our services today. These sessions are aimed at encouraging fathers and significant male family members to participate in physical play with their children and to understand the neurological benefits that come from it.
The Imagination Library is a global initiative aimed at improving literacy in disadvantaged communities by supplying free books to children from birth to age five. We actively fundraise for the Imagination Library throughout the year, with the help of our wonderful Parent Advisory group. As part of our literacy program, this foundation also provides each of our teaching rooms with books each month. The children look forward to developing their literacy and exploring the themes of each new book.
Our Parent Advisory Group comprises of families with children enrolled at our service, and it works to enhance our community connections. They oversee fundraising events and offer constructive feedback on our curriculum, philosophy and centre policies. They also share new ideas and initiatives related to programming, physical environments, and centre celebrations.
The safety, wellbeing and rights of children are our highest priority. Our priority in the baby room at Epping Road is ensuring consistency between each baby’s home life and their time at the centre. We place strong emphasis on secure attachments and educator continuity, recognising how important these relationships are in the early years.
We follow a primary caregiver model, where educators are assigned to a specific group of children to provide close, consistent care throughout the day. This approach supports healthy brain development and helps children feel safe, secure, and ready to explore.
As children grow and transition through our birth to three program, we aim to keep the same educators with the same group of children. Routines are developed in consultation with families, and each child’s individual needs and family preferences are respected.
Our toddler room at Epping Road offers a hands-on, engaging environment where children can explore real-life experiences and begin to understand how the world works and where they fit in. Through consistent routines and meaningful play, toddlers are supported as they navigate this exciting and sometimes complex stage of development.
We recognise that toddlerhood is full of transitions—from cot to bed, bottle to cup, and nappies to underwear—and we work closely with families to support these changes as they arise. In consultation with parents, we develop individual action plans to ensure each transition is smooth, supported, and positive for every child.
We value the role of families in this process and understand that consistency between home and care settings helps build children’s confidence and sense of security.
Our preschool rooms are dedicated to building strong foundations for learning and supporting children as they prepare for the transition to school. Educators guide children through extended group projects that evolve from their interests, encouraging collaboration, questioning, and exploration. These projects often span weeks or months, allowing children to dive deeply into topics and revisit their learning through displays, discussions, and documentation.
As children grow, we support the development of independence through everyday routines—serving meals, managing personal belongings, and caring for themselves. Educators observe emerging themes in children’s play and conversations, using these as opportunities to introduce key learning areas such as English, Mathematics, Science and Technology, Human Society and Its Environment, Creative Arts, and Health and Physical Education.
We work in partnership with families to ensure each child feels confident, capable, and ready for the next stage of their learning journey.
The outdoor spaces at our new centre have been thoughtfully designed to foster children’s connection with nature and the world around them. With a beautiful outlook over native Australian trees that provide natural shade and a gentle water stream nearby, the environment offers a calm and inspiring backdrop for outdoor play.
The nursery playground (0–2 years) is a dedicated space where babies can safely explore as they develop their gross motor skills. This area includes sensory-rich, nature-based experiences that encourage curiosity and confidence in the early years.
For children over two, the larger playground supports a wide range of physical activity and opportunities for safe, age-appropriate risky play. Children are invited to navigate tree stumps, rocky paths, and open-ended play areas that promote resilience, coordination, and problem-solving. Designated zones support construction play, social interaction, and imaginative exploration, all within a natural and engaging setting.

My name is Andrea and I’ve been working for 28 years in the Early Childhood profession and have held a variety of roles from Room Leader, Nominated Supervisor, Learning & Development Coordinator and Educational Leader. As a mother of 3 teenagers, I’ve experienced both sides of the fence and thrive in working in partnership with families, children and educators to provide exceptional outcomes for children. Our Epping Road childcare centre has four teaching rooms:
Classroom sizes are determined based on children’s age, individual developmental needs and attachments made with educators. Classroom sizes may also vary as we consider the needs of our waitlist and existing families.
We are fortunate to enjoy spacious facilities with many breakout rooms for the children to engage in small-group learning. Children are often divided up and rotate between our indoor and outdoor spaces. We recognise that small group learning has many benefits in early childhood. These include greater participation rates amongst children; support to children based on their individual developmental needs; increased child-adult conversations.
Children aged 3 to 5 years of age may access preschool funding in addition to their Child Care Subsidy (CCS). When you enrol with 360 Epping Road, you can notify us on your enrolment form to receive this funding. To find out more about the NSW Free Preschool Start Strong Funding, please contact the service.
Our new early education centre is located at 123 Epping Road, NSW 2113.
The centre is easily accessible and features convenient on-site parking for families. Entry to the centre is clearly signposted, with access via the main driveway on Epping Road.
