Libby Klingberg
Co-Founder
Following a successful career as a paediatric Occupational Therapist, Libby opened her first Early Learning Centre in 2009. Whilst working in both private and public health sectors in both Australia and the UK, Libby developed deep expertise in child development, working with families and a strong leadership capability. Libby provides the educational and cultural vision that drives 360 Early Education.
Stuart Rae
Co-founder
Stuart is an experienced executive having held senior leadership roles with the Commonwealth Bank and Tesco Supermarkets (UK). Since leaving corporate life Stuart has been a serial entrepreneur founding the both the childcare software company MyWaitlist and opening a number of Early Learning Centres, before founding 360 Early Education with his wife Libby. He brings deep expertise in technology, finance, marketing & commercial property leasing to support the educational and cultural vision of 360 Early Education.
Beth Sebesfi
ACT General Manager
Beth is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, with experience with some of Australia’s largest early childhood education providers in QLD, NSW and the ACT, where she facilitated management and leadership programs, elevated practice in services that were struggling to meet national standards and improved outcomes for children. Beth leads the growth of 360 Early Education in the ACT and also carries responsibility nationally for 360 Early Education curriculum development. As an accomplished writer and mother of three young children, her teaching and parenting memoirs have been published nationally and internationally.
Kim Christou
Operations Manager
Kim is a qualified Early Childhood teacher and has been part of the management team at 360 Early Education for almost a decade. Kim has guided our services through Assessment & Rating on a number of occasions, always achieving Exceeding ratings across all National Standards. Kim brings a particular strength in systems and process engineering that supports our industry leading quality management systems.
