Our Commitment to Child Safety

360 Early Education is a Child Safe Organisation. The safety, rights and best interests of children are the paramount consideration in every decision we make. 

All prospective employees, contractors, volunteers and students should be aware of the following: 

  •  Working With Children Checks: A valid WWCC (NSW) or WWVP (ACT) must be held before commencing any role at the service. Team members are required to notify us of any changes to their check status. 
  •  Child Safety Training: All team members complete child safety training during induction and participate in annual refresher training. 
  •  Personal Devices: Personal devices are not permitted while working directly with children. Service‑supplied devices are provided for all work‑related purposes. 
  •  Child‑Safe Recruitment: We participate in information sharing with recruitment agencies to support child‑safe recruitment practices.
