Who We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection training
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in early education is a bonus, but not essential for Cert III applicants
- A genuine passion for children’s learning and development
Personal Qualities:
- Warm, enthusiastic, and nurturing
- Strong communication skills
- Open to learning and using technology
- Committed to high-quality education and care
Your Role as an Educator:
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Collaborate with families and the team to support each child’s development
- Uphold health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
