  • Team Player: Collaborative, dedicated to understanding and respecting children’s individuality and developmental stages.

  • Excellence in Education & Care: Implement a high-quality curriculum, contribute to planning and review, and foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.
  • Workplace Health & Safety: Uphold educator-to-child ratios, administer first aid, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Partnerships and Communication: Build positive relationships with families, support team collaboration, and actively contribute to the service’s Quality Improvement Plan.
