4. Attend a New Parent Evening

New Parent Evenings are held periodically throughout the year. Our Centre Managers and Educational Leaders will provide you with in-depth information on our curriculum, programs and pedagogy.

All parents are encouraged to join our parent committee which meet periodically to improve the life of the service. Our committee participate in community development, parent workshops and fundraising events.

Parents are invited to ask questions and provide input into the programs. We are fortunate to have a diversity of families that are willing to share their occupational knowledge, culture and passions with our children.

5. Book a Check-In Meeting

After your child has settled into the service, we invite all new families to have a check-in meeting. It may be conducted via the phone or in-person with one of our service managers. This is an important opportunity for new families to give feedback and to gain additional support for their child’s early education journey.

At 360, we are committed to maintaining consistent and open communication with our families. This is especially crucial in the early stages to ease your child’s settling period as much as possible. Our strong relationships with families is how we uphold our quality rating, Exceeding the National Standards.
