1. Apply for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) in your MyGov Account

If your child is new to childcare, you will need to apply for the Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS) in your My Gov Centrelink account. Please ensure you complete all of the instructions here.

2. Complete our 360 Enrolment Form

You will receive an email to complete your child’s enrolment form and direct debit plan. Please ensure you complete these forms within 48 hours and have these important documents ready:
  • Immunisation History Statement (this can be downloaded from the Medicare website)
  • Certified copy of your child’s birth certificate (or present an original copy to the office before your child’s start date)
  • Allergy Action Plan (if your child has an allergy or medical condition)

Don’t forget to fill in all parts of the form, especially your child’s emergency contacts – these must be persons other than a child’s parents

Your enrolment will not be confirmed unless you have completed both the enrolment form and direct debit plan.

3. Download our Parent App – Xplor Home

In due course, you will also receive a ‘Welcome’ email to the Xplor Home App where you will be asked to create an account.

  • Complete your complying written agreement with the service (CWA)
  • View your statements at any time
  • Update your bank account details
  • Sign your children in/out using a QR code
  • Notify the service of absences and request casual bookings
  • Add hub guests – a family member/nanny/friend who you may wish to collect your child
  • Receive daily updates from your child’s room

4. Confirm your Enrolment in your MyGov Account

To receive your Child Care Subsidy you must confirm your child’s enrolment in your MyGov Centrelink account.

To confirm your enrolment, please ensure you complete all the instructions here.

5. Advise the service of any allergies or other health conditions

If your child has an allergy, asthma or any other medical condition, please advise the service. You will be booked in for a comprehensive medical management plan visit as part of your family’s orientation prior to your child commencing in the service.

All medical action plans and relevant documentation must be brought to the service at this orientation visit.

No child with medical management requirements can start in the service unless we have completed a risk assessment and have developed a communication plan in consultation with you.

6. Book your Orientation Day

Our Enrolments Manager will be in contact with you to book a time. During orientation, families and children have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the educators, the service environment and general day-to-day operations of the service.
