At 360 Early Education, we are seeking a Marketing & Operations Support professional with a strong data-driven mindset, a passion for analytics, and experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Dynamics 365. As part of our team, you’ll work on a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and operational efficiency. You’ll help shape our marketing strategy through designing, implementing, measuring and optimising everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management

  • Update and maintain the company website with a focus on data-backed decisions for content performance.
  • Create SEO-focused blog posts and web content to drive organic traffic and engagement.

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

  • Develop and optimize content for social media platforms, utilizing analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Manage online reviews, respond to customer feedback, and track sentiment.

Advertising Campaigns:

  • Lead the creation, management, and optimization of Facebook and Google Ads to maximize engagement and return on investment.

Marketing Automation

  • Implement and manage email marketing and operational campaigns using Dynamics 365 Marketing to engage prospects and support existing customers.
  • Develop automated workflows, segmentations, and reporting to drive lead nurturing and conversions.

Event Marketing & Campaigns:

  • Assist in the planning and promotion of marketing events that help build relationships and attract new families.
  • Analyze event performance, track outcomes, and improve future efforts.

Company Materials:

  • Maintain and regularly update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, policies, handbooks, and email signatures.
  • Oversee the update of the brand guide, ensuring consistency across all communication materials.

Newsletters & E-Campaigns:

  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of seasonal newsletters, collaborating with each service department to collect relevant content.
  • Develop and manage e-campaigns aimed at prospective families, with a focus on nurturing those on the waitlist.

CRM & Administrative Support:

  • Work closely with the service teams to assist with event coordination, surveys, and other operational tasks via CRM tools.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Data & Analytics:

  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to monitor and report on campaign performance, user behavior, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Use data insights to inform strategy and ensure key marketing metrics are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing and operations support.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365 Marketing.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and using data to optimize marketing performance.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on results.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
